Bluelands B.V., a spinoff of Blue21, has been awarded the Coup de Cœur du Jury at the Franco-Dutch Business Awards 2025, together with its French partner OPPY International.

The award, presented by the French Chamber of Commerce in the Netherlands, recognises excellence in French–Dutch collaboration and was granted in the category Best French-Dutch Collaboration. It highlights the partners’ joint work on the Floating Tiny Office, developed and showcased at The Green Village at TU Delft.

The Floating Tiny Office demonstrates how modular floating technologies can support climate adaptation by creating new, flexible space on water in response to sea-level rise. The project illustrates how international cooperation can accelerate sustainable and scalable solutions for urban environments.

The initiative was realised through close collaboration between Bluelands, OPPY International, and project partners, combining technical innovation, design, and applied research. The award underscores the growing role of cross-border partnerships in advancing floating and climate-resilient infrastructure.
