Blue21 featured in Vastgoed Journaal

Blue21 founder, Karina Czapiewska, was interviewed by Vastgoed Journaal about our future on water and the opportunities that this offers for the real estate sector.

As stated by Karina:

“Building on inland waterways has been going on for a long time. Houseboats became water villas and we built a bit bigger in the Rotterdam inner harbor, but it does not differ much from each other. Much has also been built on water in the Amsterdam district of IJburg. We were looking for more challenges. Partly thanks to the crisis, we have rediscovered our ambitions. For years we have focused on intensive research, looking at the combination between building on land with the maritime world to explore and deepening and we started five years ago with Blue21, a company with a vision that building at sea should be possible to make.”
