At Blue21, we are excited to announce our upcoming webinar on HydroMEC+, our cutting-edge toolkit for maritime engineering and 3D simulation tailored specifically for floating urban and maritime projects. This event is a unique opportunity for engineers, designers, urban planners, and city governments to explore how this toolkit can revolutionize their approach to floating development and discover how it can create sustainable, immersive environments where communities flourish amidst the waves.
Why HydroMEC+?
HydroMEC+ is the world’s first design and simulation toolkit for floating urban development in maritime conditions. Developed over the past five years by our dedicated team led by Bart Roeffen and Rui Gomes, this toolkit is a testament to our commitment to innovation and sustainability. It integrates different 3D modelling approaches from architecture and maritime engineering, providing a comprehensive solution for the complex challenges of floating project development. Details of the webinar
This free webinar is essential for architects, engineers, urban planners, and anyone interested in the future of floating urban development. Register now to learn how HydroMEC+ can streamline your projects, offering accurate data and insights to accelerate the design and simulation process. Don’t miss this opportunity to explore the world’s first design and simulation toolkit for floating urban development
We will present to you the extensive capabilities of HydroMEC+, including hydrostatic and stability analysis to gain detailed insights into the stresses, forces, and bending moments in floating structures without the need for traditional wave basin tests. You will learn about hydrodynamic motion response simulations to understand how your projects will respond to environmental conditions such as waves, wind, and tidal currents, and wave field analysis to evaluate the impact of waves on your structures. The session will also cover multi-module platform simulation to design and test the integration of connector and mooring systems, as well as comfort level assessment to ensure your floating structures provide a safe and comfortable environment for occupants. Additionally, you will see realistic animations to visualize your projects in action with high-quality animations.
